Found...cat with collar

Lesley Broome	Found today in my garden, very friendly and skinny female tabby and white cat with orangey brown collar with on it… Nether Alderley near club az… Anybodys? Does anyone know whose it is? Can anyone home it? Already have 2 cats and 2 dogs, cannot take anymore on… Thanks
