Does anyone know what is happening about the street lights on Congleton Road? When Cheshire East published the proposals for street light dimming, Congleton Road was shown as being dimmed until the end of the 30mph limit at the top of the hill. However, all the lights are now off from about halfway up the hill. I also noticed that a stretch of Wilmslow Road which was supposed to be dimmed is similarly dark.
