Hi caring animal lovers.

Our tortoise ‘Shelly’ escaped her enclosure on Moss Lane a few weeks ago.  We have put up posters around the Moss Lane area and searched endlessley for her but so far no joy. She has escaped before and although improvements were made to her enclosure she seems to have a bit of Houdini in her and squirmed through a minute gap in the fence. It is now getting colder and she may be starting to think of hiberbnating OR if it is quite a warm day you may see her roaming around. Otherwise she may be hunkered down among plants and vegetation in your garden or under ‘things’.
If you have spotted her or find her please, please contact her concerned owners who cant wait to have her returned safely. Please do not attempt to hibernate her if you find her - It could be dangerous for her to attempt it. She has a special hibernation pod built for her needs in our garden.

Any information about her whereabouts would be greatly received by us.

Thanking you all in anticiaption
