Could somebody explain who is Responsible for maintaining this Hedge ??? It is now so Overgrown that it spreading halfway over the Footpath so that it is single file only !!!!! It is highly dangerous and no one is able to use the Seat halfway along due to the overhanging shrubbery Can anyone help ??? If it is the Councils responsibility are they leaving it so that it makes the Allotments look so untidy it gives them more reason to Pursue their aims in Converting the allotments , Allotment Holders Beware or am I being Cynical ?????
