Does anyone know the name of the Genius in local government who organized a traffic census on the A34 Bypass last Friday 2nd. October. If only he/she had given more thought to the idea and got a road block on Water Lane the whole network of local roads would have been blocked then instead of taking half an hour to travel from Hough Lane to Wilmslow I could have camped out overnight on the A34.

I don’t know the name of the genius who organised the traffic census but it certainly wasn’t local councillor Marc Asquith! See the news article at http://www.alderleyedge.com/news/article/traffic-census-causes-gridlock/ |

It is the Highways Agency. NOT the local Council. |
