A pedestrian crossing this junction has to cope with traffic approaching from six (yes ,six !) directions. There is not one single indicator or sign to assist or warn foot or mechanical traffic. Now a dozen or more parked cars are using using the kerb alongside the hotel for long-term and of course free, parking . This is a new and dangerous nuisance and will only get worse. It is permanently forcing the north bound traffic approaching the village over the centre-line and it is now impossible to exit Chorley Hall Lane safely. Furthermore cars leaving St. Hilary’s Park are similarly obstructed and endangered. How can one get the appropriate authority to act. They seem to have abandoned this area as requiring too much thought and effort.
