Costa -Do you really respect your customers ?

I love Costa and the staff are brilliant but Head Office really doesn’t respect good customer services.

The external heaters have been broken since at least November last year with little sign of them being repaired. The people (smokers, dog lovers and generally people who prefer to sit outside) all fight for the remaining heater of the 4 still working.

Repeated mentions to the manager, it’s been so long we have worked through two since they have bust, has resulted In little/no action, both managers quoting Head office as the problem - so my view and interpretation is that they are all for profit and little regard for their customers.

If you agree please post here to help build pressure on Greenalls management at their HQ to get the repairs done, it’s not the local staffs fault, they want the lights fixed.

Also post your discontent on their Facebook page if you agree, see if that makes them pay attention.

Dave,
So you have been complaining about this for 6 months and you still have to ask the question in the title…? Listen to Steve, and your own common sense.
And on a related topic, why do Costa feel the need to position a large A board on the narrow stretch of pavement which isn’t blocked by their tables and chairs? People with prams, wheelchairs and mobility scooters are forced onto the road to avoid this hazard. Why is this allowed, and what should we do to get them to stop putting it there?

I would just like to take this opportunity to thanks the Costa team in helping to get the replacement of the defective external heating system replaced. It may seem ironic in the current heat to say ‘thank you’ for the 4 new heaters but none the less it’s appreciated.

Not wishing the summer away, I am sure they will be welcomed by all when Autumn/ Winter is here.
