Looking for information about a deceased writer

I am an American who years ago lived in Denmark, where I ran across a book
of poetry by an English RAF pilot that was published during the Second World
War. The pilot’s name was Thomas Rahilley Hodgson, or Thomas Riley Hodgson, and flew apparently for the Volunteer Reserve. He was killed in a plane crash the 17th of May in 1941. I have always been interested in finding out more about him, and just recently found some info about him from the
Commonwealth War Graves Commision. His wife was named Elizabeth Hodgson, of Alderley Edge, Cheshire. B.A., Hons.(Leeds). I am unsure whether she is still living, since he was born in 1915, and she was probably born close to that time as well and would be quite old now if still alive. But I am
interested in possibly finding some of her relatives who might still be
alive, whom I could contact, if they so wish. I contacted the RAF Personnel
Management Agency, but they understandably wouldn’t release any information about T.R. Hodgson except to next-of-kin. So I am hoping that perhaps you might be able to locate the family of Elizabeth Hodgson, and then share with me a means to contact them. My mother’s mother was English, and I have been over once to visit relatives. Some day I hope to go again, and maybe visit the home area of T.R. Hodgson.
