I’ve just seen a chap pull off the bypass just before the Brook Lane bridge from Congleton. He parked his white van at the farm access, came through the gate, and did a poo! He even had loo roll - but left it, of course. Our house overlooks this scene and it doesn’t make for pleasant viewing. He did at least close the gate behind him, which is a first. I’ve no idea what to do about this but surely it’s a public health issue. Has anyone any idea please? The gate ought to be padlocked at the very least. Who should I contact?
