I’m interested to hear peoples thoughts on the local gyms in our area….. I am currently a member of Total Fitness where, although the facilities are great, i cannot help but think i am catching some kind of disease every time i shower in there. Its damp, smells of mould and drains in the shower room and i come out feeling dirtier than when i finished my work out!
Where else is there to go that doesnt cost the earth but is ‘nicer’ - or do they just have the monopoly on the market round here??
