Refuse collection at the back of Tesco

Bizarrely, since Tesco has opened, there has been a steady and noticable increase in the number of household bins left in the alley way to the rear of Tesco.  It not only happens on collection day (which is understandable): they remain there for the entire week.

Worryingly, this activity means that the alley is blocked and it is the main emergency throughfare for several residents, some of whom may be those actually leaving their bin.  Bizarre.  Furthermore, it is a health issue - I’m certain I saw a rodent on one occasion.

In the interests of yours and your neighbour’s safety, health and well being could these bins be taken back to your private gardens after each collection.
