Anyone having poor Broadband who is linked to the Prestbury Exchange, after many calls to BT over last three months they admitted that it often at peak times goes lower than 0.5 Meg and sometimes down to dial up speeds!
But to make me feel better Mumbai call operator said but its not just me - its EVERYONE on the exchange, great so we are all getting 20 century line speed but paying for Broadband, if you have a similiar issues call 150 and complain they are hopefully refunding me some service charges - interested in anyone else getting similair issues.
Have recently voted for the super fast speeds broadband but would be happy for current speed broadband ‘consistently’.
