Sometime ago there was a travelling cinema that showed films about once a month in the Festival Hall. It wasn’t very well advertised but we saw a Girl with the Pearl Earring there amongst other films. It was a great casual venue and you could even buy popcorn if you wanted to! Any chance of this being reinstated rather than having to go all the way to Didsbury?
