Traffic Lights on London Road outside the RBS

The Traffic Lights have been out of action for nearly a week. Cheshire East are clearly aware of this since each light has a Cheshire East cover over it .
On the Cheshire East website under Traffic Signals and Crossings it states :-
All lights out at a pedestrian signal controlled crossing: attention within two contract hours
In view of the difficulty in crossing London Road this state of affairs appears to be utterly irresponsible.
I have telephoned the relevant department at Cheshire East on the matter asking for someone to phone me back about what action is being taken.

The lights are now working . They also have cameras on the top
