Cellar conversion

Linda Booth	We are thinking about a cellar conversion in our Victorian semi. We have had 8 quotations to date. Can anyone recommend a Company and / or let us know who to avoid! Thanks

Ricky Lee	Avoid a building firm at Stanley Green, they have a habit of going bust and leave customers half way thru a job.

Amanda Botwood	We got 9 quotes before we settled on Cellatech for our victorian basement conversion. Dan and the boys did an amazing job for us and 18 months on we are still really pleased and would definitely recommend them. The job was competitively priced and came in on budget. They also went above and beyond to finish the job to a really high spec. You can do a web search for them of the phone numbers are 0845 3282180 or 07966 020027. Good luck.

Linda Booth	Thank you Ricky and Amanda - we haven’t tried Cellatech so I will call them and then we’ll be at 9 quotes. We have narrowed our 8 down at the moment to Statham Construction; Cheadle Brickwork; Pymgate Construction and possibly Cheshire Remedial Ltd. Anyone out there know anything about these? Thanks Linda
