5   Three times in as many weeks!!

Hubby and I went here last week. The sushi/sashimi was extremely fresh and delicious. Our mains (a fish platter & Katsu) were both fantastic. Very generous portions and unfortunately too full for dessert. Had an amazing 'cup of tea' to finish off! That sounds a bit lame, but order it and see.

We then decided to take our 3 girls on Friday tea-time for a birthday treat (aged 8, 7 and 2). They (unfortunately) loved the sushi, dumplings and tempuras. The Katsu curry was a tadge spicy for them (but great for us having missed out on the starters!). They absolutely adored the fruit & marshmallow dip! Not exactly a Japanese dessert but a great birthday ending!

I'm now booked in to return with a group of girls.... (and not sharing!)

5   Amazing food delivered to my door!

I tried the delivery service from Samsi last night and the food was amazing! The portions were huge and my notoriously difficult to please 6 and 7 year old were silent as they cleared their plates. I will definitely be booking to eat in the restaurant very soon. 10/10

5   Taste of Japan does not disappoint

Great new menu at Samsi with fantastic tastes and surprises on the banquet choices. On my recent visit we chose the taste of Japan banquet and it was quality and taste at it's best. The sushi was divine and as for the dumplings.......

We could not fault the food at all and the service was polite, informative and we even had a visit from the chef who wanted feedback on his new menu. I would havve expected to pay a small fortune for the meal but the banquet price was reasonable,the bar prices as you would expect.

I could see why it was full and was glad I'd booked. Superb! Can't wait to go back.
