5   Consistently good food and service!

We love this restaurant and have been quite a few times in the last year since moving here from London. The service is always good and very friendly, the food is consistently delicious. My favourite with the poppadums is the apple dip/chutney they make themselves, I usually eat the whole dish. The lamb tikka chops are a real hit with the children and they will give you a child's portion but mine love them too much for that. The fish Narial is to die for and the salmon one too - in fact all the fish dishes are the best I have had. Well done Eastern Revive!!!

1   Bad experience

Last Saturday evening, my friend and I had a takeaway meal, as a result of favourable reports from relatives, friends and this review site.

It was mediocre to say the least, and my friend was extremely sick for most of the following day. Both our meals were lacking in content and flavour, and we were very disappointed.

Always a friendly welcome, great ambience and fresh tasty food. A no brainer. Give it a try :)

The staff here can't do enough for you. The food is superb and the restaraunt is always buzzing with a great atmosphere. My only complaint is that there's always too much food, just order one meal between two! You can't go wrong at the Eastern Revive.

Great classic indian meals and side dishes. Staff are really friendly. Always busy with a great atmosphere. Can't go wrong.

I had a good meal at Easter Revive the other night. I went in as a group of 8 people at about 8.30pm on a Thursday night. The restaurant was quite full, and I expected we'd have to wait a bit for a suitable table to be ready. I was amazed at how promptly the waiters made a table ready for us. The rest of the meal did not disappoint either. The food was very good - interesting specials (I recommend the Fish Narial if you like fish curries). And the service was quick and efficient. Recommended.
