5   Top notch Indian cuisine

I never understand why Indian resturaunts open up in the area when the Barinda is so good. We are always given a friendly welcome and feel really looked after by the staff. Drinks are always offered at the right time and I have never had to wait any longer than can be expected for service, even when they get really busy. The food is always incredible and I have worked my way through most of the menu over the years I have eaten there! I cannot recommend them highly enough and this seems to be the same for most of their customers given their fairly recent double in size. Resturaunt is well designed to fit in lots of tables while still feeling intimate and comfortable.

5   Ist class

The food at Barinda is always delicious and excellent value. We've been using them for years and have never had a bad meal.

5   One of the best Indian restaurants around

The Barinda is mine and my family's favourite Indian restaurant. The food is consistently excellent, the welcome is alwasy warm and the service friendly.

5   Such a warm and friendly atmosphere

It is a pleasure dining out at Barinda's, as the staff really listen and interact with my kids aged 8 and 9 yrs and make the whole experience a relaxing one! FAB, cannot recommend enough.

3   Not so good on the clasics

Good food and cater well for big groups. Let me down on a classic though. The Madras was not up to scratch.

5   Coeliacs and kids - a rare treat

We've just returned from a meal to treat our kids for good school work. The staff helpfully accommodated three under 10s and also were very assiduous with my sister who is a coeliac. Scrummy food, great menu and good value for money.
