Junior girls at Alderley Edge School for Girls were invited to get their thinking caps on and design a new and original chocolate bar for Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe.
Winners of the 'Design a Chocolate Bar' competition were announced by shop owner Judy O'Brien in assembly on Monday, 14th November.
The winner was Emily Peers with her Fruity Toot bar containing strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and her catchy strap line "Yummy in your tummy".
Second prize went to Evie Mutton for Evie's Fizzbanger which has fun popping candy sprinkled on it and third prize went to Annabel Hodgson for her bar, Strawberry Edge which is a strawberry covered milk chocolate bar with white chocolate running through it.
Judy, who went to Alderley Edge School for Girls herself, said "We had some fantastic original entries which we were really impressed with."
The winning bars have actually been made by the Mr Simms chocolatier and a limited supply are available to purchase in the London Road shop.
