Wilmslow Community Market Garden is to host a number of events and activities including a sustainability, well being and climate change focused Fun Day on the 30th October 11-3 as part of the Festival of Nature.
After almost a year of growing local food, providing learning opportunities and directly addressing climate change, Wilmslow Community Market Garden is next holding a Fun Day at Oakenclough Children's Centre where people are able to:
- Get involved with planting next year's food
- Make their own apple juice – bring a bottle!
- Attend mindfulness, yoga and well-being sessions
- Purchase upcycled gardening tools
- Get a bike health assessment for free
- Enjoy tea and cake
- Plus more including plenty of activities for both children and adults
The Fun Day is taking place at Oakenclough Children's Centre on the 30th October from 11-3pm. Everyone is welcome to come along.
