Year 7 pupil Abigail Pickersgill from Nether Alderley has been creating plasticine models as a hobby for many years and now she is utilising this fantastic skill to prepare for her Art scholarship.
Abigail, who applying for a scholarship at Moreton Hall, is now in the process of creating an animation with the models.
Passionate about her hobby, Abigail told us, "I have to create a scene using cardboard, create all of the models with plasticine, write a story and record the voice-over. I then have to take photos of the models in every different combination of movements for the story. It is a very time-consuming process but I love it. The theme and story I am working on is based around a circus".
Terra Nova have a great track record in Art Scholars so are hopeful Abigail will be successful.
