A licensed property in Alderley Edge has come to the market inviting offers over £1.65million.
The Panacea building has been put up for sale by owners Wellington Pub Co Ltd.
The property is currently let to Playworks Ltd, owners of Panacea, for a term of 30 years which expires in 2037. They pay £116,000 a year in rent, which is due for review in 2017.
The bar and restaurant have recently been rebuilt, after being destroyed by a massive fire on March 12th 2013. It is not clear whether Playworks intend to re-open as Panacea, rebrand or whether the building will remain empty until a buyer is found.
