Businesses to host Easter egg hunt

Easter Bunny 2012

Many local shops and businesses have come together for the third Alderley Edge Village Easter Egg Hunt.

Local families are invited to hunt for eggs which will be displayed at participating businesses between Monday April 14th and Saturday April 19th.

Participants need to collect the letters (and free mini eggs!), which will be displayed on the eggs inside the businesses, and rearrange the letters to work out the winning phrase.

Judy O'Brien said "This is the 3rd year of the Alderley Edge Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt demonstrates traders working together to unite the community in a fun, family activity. It brings people to the village and raises awareness of neighbouring businesses who can engage with local families and treat the children with lots of little chocolate eggs as they go round collecting the letters.

"There are many prizes for the winning entries all donated by local businesses, so good luck to eveyone involved!"

Entry forms can be downloaded here or picked up at Mr Simms. Once completed they should be returned to Mr Simms by 3pm on Saturday 19th April.

Correct entries will be entered into a draw to win some great prizes donated by local businesses.

Entrants must be under 16 years of age on 13th April 2014. Entry is free, however, donations to the NSPCC are welcome. There will be a collection box in Mr Simms. (50p donations suggested).
