Birtles Lane in Over Alderley will be closed for one day next week, from its junction with Wrigley Lane to its junction with Hocker Lane/Cross Lane, whilst BT carries out pole replacement works.
It is anticipated that the works will take place on Monday 3rd February between 8am and 4pm.
The alternative route during the closure will be via Birtles Lane, A537 Chelford Road, Whirley Lane and Wrigley Lane.
The following day, Artists Lane in Nether Alderley will be closed, from its junction with Congleton Road to its junction with Macclesfield Road.
The temporary road closure is necessary whilst Electricity North West carries out overhead line works. These are anticipated to be carried out from Tuesday 4th until Friday 7th February, between the hours of 7am and 5pm.
The alternative route during the closure will be via Congleton Road and Macclesfield Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times and access for residents and emergency vehicles will be maintained where possible.
