Stowe Family Law has launched a Wills, Tax, Trusts & Probate Department: the firm's latest step towards becoming a "one-stop shop" for family-related legal matters.

With offices on Water Lane in Wilmslow and on Oxford Road in Hale, Stowe Family Law is already the UK's largest standalone family law firm. Stowe Family Law has six offices in London and the North.

The new department is headed by Cheshire solicitor Jane Gray, who has 15 years of wills, tax, trusts and probate law experience. A fully-qualified member of the Society of Trusts and Estate practitioners (STEP), Jane studied at Chester Law School and is currently working towards becoming an Associate Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).

Jane Gray specialises in bespoke wills involving inheritance tax planning and trusts, allowing wealth to pass to the next generation. She advises on many aspects of later life, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and general mental capacity issues arising under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. She also advises on all aspects of estate administration and probate.

The launch of the new department is the latest milestone for Stowe Family Law, which opened in Wilmslow in 2013. Stowe Family Law solicitors based at the firm's Wilmslow office include Nastassia Burton and Laura Guillon. Nastassia Burton has been highly recommended by previous Stowe Family Law clients. She represents clients in ancillary relief matters and disputes relating to children. Laura Guillon speaks fluent French and specialises in ancillary relief, particularly cases with an international element.

Stowe Family Law was founded by Senior Partner Marilyn Stowe more than thirty years ago, and has grown to become the UK's largest specialist family law firm with six offices nationwide. Marilyn Stowe has been described by The Times as "one of the country's most sought after family lawyers", and is also known for her live 'Divorce Clinic' on ITV's flagship daytime programme, This Morning. Stowe Family Law clients benefit from dedicated children's and international family law departments; the team also includes forensic accountants, fully trained lawyer-mediators and collaborative lawyers.

Marilyn Stowe, the Senior Partner at Stowe Family Law, said: "We have been delighted to welcome Jane Gray to our team. The skills Jane has brought on board complement Stowe Family Law's already extensive range of family law services, making us a one-stop shop for anyfamily-related matters."
