Above is a selection of photos capturing some of the Halloween celebrations that took place in the village.
The Alderley Edge Traders Action Group hosted a spooktacular children's fancy dress Halloween party at The Yard where little witches, skeletons, zombies, devils, cats and pumpkins enjoyed spooky party games, apple bobbing, face painting and nail painting, followed by sausage and chips for tea.
Meanwhile over at The Bubble Room they had an extra special reason to celebrate, not only was it Halloween but they played host to the wedding reception of Alderley Edge couple Julia and Tony, who tied the knot earlier in the day.
