Alderley Edge juniors amazing winning run continued at the Junior North East County Tennis League tournament held at Bramhall Lane LTC.
The entry was the biggest of the season so far and this is seen as the competition for young talent to show their ability.
Sophie Cullis, 13, from Alderley Edge competed against juniors from all clubs in the Cheshire area to win the U15's Girl Singles. She had some fierce competition in both the group stages and then into the semi-finals and also the Final.
The tournament victory continues the amazing achievement of an Alderley edge junior winning at least one of the events at the various tournaments this year.
It completes a fantastic week for AECC juniors as the U13's B team won their league without losing a match throughout the whole season.
This was a fantastic achievement as many of the boys were competing a year above their actual age group. We look forward to their continued success next year.
