A car had to be towed from Carlisle Street last night after another piece of crazy parking, which resulted in residents being unable to get their cars out for several hours.
The blue volkswagen was blocking the entrance to an alley which leads to an area where residents of half a dozen houses park. As a result three cars were trapped for hours.
Police officers were called to the incident and the car was finally towed away by Egertons.
Local resident Marc Asquith said "The car was there when I got home at 5pm and was removed at about 9.30pm. We believe it belonged to an unidentified bar/ restaurant worker."
