There were no April fools on the tennis courts last Sunday at Alderley Edge Cricket Club (AECC) where the Road to Wimbledon tournament was held.
It was a great day at AECC where the sun was shining and the fourteen boys who entered the tournament showed what great tennis they are all capable of playing.
All the matches were played in great spirit and were close competitive games, which any player could have won on their day.
The final was between Henry Varden and Jack Ronnie in which Henry won 10 - 6 in the final set championship tie-break.
