PCSO Jim Newns has organised an event in Alderley Edge Park this Saturday, June 25th, from 2pm to 4pm.
Residents are invited to take their bikes along to the park to be marked for free.
PCSO Jim Newns said "Cycles are regularly stolen and marking them can greatly assist with identifying them and returning them to their owner."
"There is no charge for this service, come along to Alderley Edge Park bandstand we will mark your bike."
Jim will also be running his monthly Police Surgery this Saturday, which will be conducted during a short walk from Costa Coffee to NatWest on London Road.
He will be patrolling from 10am to 12noon if you wish to join him to discuss any local issues.
