Harper and Quinn hairdressing salon in Wilmslow hosted an evening of beauty and fashion for the ladies of Alderley Edge Golf Club in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care.
The Harper and Quinn stylists ran a workshop on hair style and colour and the Clarins team from John Lewis were on hand for the latest in makeup and skincare.
Ladies from Alderley Edge Golf Club modelled the new ranges of golf clothing from Love Golf. Lady President, Eileen Edwards, Gwyn Holt and Marion Hall strutted their stuff to the delight of fellow lady golfers and friends.
In addition there were jewellery sales, personal trainers gave advice on health and fitness whilst refreshments were supplied by Sainsburys and Caffé AmMa of Wilmslow.
Valerie Hornsby, Lady Captain of Alderley Edge Golf Club said “I would like to thank everyone for their generosity and making this a most successful fundraising event for MacMillan Cancer Care, with particular thanks to Harper and Quinn for hosting the evening. It is a very special charity which helps a great number of people and I am pleased to be part of it."
This is one of a number of fundraising activities for Macmillan running through the year at Alderley Edge Golf Club.
