Congleton Road in Nether Alderley will be closed to northbound traffic from Wednesday 16th until Friday 18th March between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30 pm.
The old A34 will be closed from the Frog Lane / Nether Alderley Roundabout towards Nether Alderley village to allow for surfacing work and kerbing on behalf of Cheshire East Council.
All northbound traffic will have use the A34 bypass, so the alternative route for traffic heading in to Alderley Edge or Nether Alderley villages will be via the A34 bypass and then back via the B5359 Wilmslow Road.
The southbound lane from Alderley Edge and Nether Alderley village will remain open to traffic.
