Fire crews from Wilmslow and Macclesfield attended a small fire at AstraZeneca yesterday afternoon.
Crews were called to Alderley Park where a small fire in an air extraction unit, located in the roof of a plant room, was extinguished.
Services were isolated and a full inspection of the ventilation shaft was carried out. Nobody was hurt in the incident which occurred at 12.35pm on Friday, 14th January.
