The bypass run & walk in photos

Thousands upon thousands of photographs of this fabulous event were taken. Above is just a handful but there are many others on various web sites for you to view. If you participated in the run, or just went along for a leisurely stroll the chances are you were caught on camera. Below is a round up of where you can view further photos.

Many of the photos above were provided by Aerial Photographix Limited who have been specialising in both Aerial and Commercial Photography for over 27 years. It was Aerial Photographix Limited who took the aerial photographs which Birse provided to us during the construction of the bypass, which proved very popular.

On their web site they have 610 images to view, including many from the ground of the walk, and prints are available to purchase. For each purchase made Aerial Photographix Limited will give 20% of each print costs to charity. They are provided at discounted prices and available in 7x5 and 10x8 with bigger sizes available upon request. The photo gallery is available to view on their company web site.

As highlighted in our article from Sunday, we have our very own photo gallery on flickr with about a 100 photos and there is also Roger Whitehead's gallery with a further 25 photos, both of which exclusively cover the run which took place in the morning.

Bryan Dale managed to take close to 1,700 photos on the day and has published many of them on racephotos.org.uk and the Alderley District Scout Band, who entertained the crowds and took part in the walk, have a small selection of photos on their website.

If you have a collection of photos from the event published on a publicly accessible photo sharing web site please let us know by adding a comment below.
