Officers investigating sexual offences in Wilmslow have charged a man.
A police spokesperson said "Onke Mvelasa, 26, from Manchester was arrested and subsequently charged with two counts of sexual assault."
He appeared at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 18th May where he was remanded in custody.
He is next due to appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 24th May.
A police spokesperson added "The charges relate to two separate incidents involving two female victims which occurred between 7am and 7.30am on Friday 12 May in Wilmslow town centre."
