Housebuilder Bellway has achieved five-star status for the fourth year in a row in the latest Home Builders Federation (HBF) Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The residential developer with a regional office in Birchwood in Warrington and developments across the North West, including Heatherley Wood at Alderley Park near Alderley Edge, and Waterways 1831 on Gunco Lane and King's Quarter on Westminster Road in Macclesfield, delivers more than 10,000 high quality new homes annually throughout the UK.

The annual HBF Customer Satisfaction Survey is a benchmark of quality for housebuilders and homebuyers alike and measures a range of performance indicators including build quality and customer service. For a housebuilder to achieve the prestigious five-star rating, more than 90 per cent of its customers must say that they would recommend a friend.

In this latest survey, more than 5,300 Bellway homebuyers were questioned independently by the HBF with more than 92 per cent responding that they would be very happy to recommend the housebuilder to friends.

Bellway's managing director for the Manchester region, Stuart Gray, said: "We are delighted to have satisfied customers who would recommend us to a friend and it is an incredible achievement to have retained our five-star status for the fourth year in a row. Our aim is to deliver a quality product with high levels of customer care and strive for continuous improvement in everything that we do, and I am very proud of the whole team."
