Be aware of changing conditions ....really sound advice .
Really wish the driver of a 69 plate Range Rover thought before he drove past me at a crazy speed on the A34 in a real downpour with ponds forming on the road.
He swerved in front of me as even his decent large vehicle couldn't cope with the water and the speed he was driving . Water went over the roof of my car - obviously couldn't see a thing for quite a while then saw his tail lights dangerously close to the front of my car .
We both had a lucky escape .
