Plans to enable an Alderley Edge cafe to extend into the neighbouring property have been approved.
Owners of the village cafe can now go ahead with their plans to expand to occupy the first floor above Cafe Nero after Cheshire East Council granted approval for a change of use for the first floor of 38 London Road from retail (A1) to cafe (A3).
The scheme includes erecting a ground floor toilet for the cafe which will be built in the yard at the rear of 40 London Road. Apart from the toilet, all the changes will be internal.
