Wilmslow based, Castletons Accountants is hosting a series of free Workshops looking at Running your Business. The first one, which will take place on Thursday 5th July from 4pm until 6.30pm, will look at Managing your Customers.
The panel of speakers will explore the customer life-cycle: how a business can ensure that they have the customers they want by undertaking the right due diligence; how they should nurture their customers to secure more business from them; and how they can ensure that their customers pay them!
The speakers are:

Registration for the event will take place from 4pm at Pinewood Hotel, 180 Wilmslow Road, Handforth SK9 3LF, with the presentations taking place between 4.30pm and 5.30pm. There will be light refreshments available after the Workshop to encourage the attendees to network.
