They need to go on a weekend or a bank holiday as well. The triangle of Ryleys lane, Chorley Hall lane and London road seems to be popular for people doing circuits of the village with no care for the speed limit. They seem more interested in making as much noise as possible and showing off.

I am surprised that the number isn’t higher. Well done for doing your survey at a sensible time.

What percentage of the vehicles using Chorley Hall Lane were speeding.

The percentage of vehicles would really help understand.
Rush hour on a Friday and only 27 vehicles speeding seems to me very low.
Especially standing at that corner right where the 60 goes to 30 (and then 20).

What about doing it in the village on a weekend to catch all the idiots using London road as a drag strip and showing off to get their photo taken by the ‘pratarazzi’ !
