Residents are urged to be vigilant following a spate of recent burglaries.
Burglaries in the area continue to be an issue with thirteen having occurred in Alderley Edge and Wilmslow since Thursday, 22nd March.
Properties on Heyes Lane, Brook Lane and Meadow Brow in Alderley Edge have been targeted.
Whilst in Wilmslow burglaries have occurred on Sandhurst Drive, Alveston Drive, Dorchester Close, Turnberry Drive, Westbourne Drive, Bridgefield Avenue, Fletsand Road, Thorngrove Road and Carrwood Road.
PCSO Chris Hopkins said "The worst affected areas at the minute seem to be the Dean Row and Hough areas of Wilmslow, most of the burglaries have been overnight break ins to properties via rear windows/doors, vehicles, jewellery and small electricals have been targeted."
