Fire crews were called to a house fire on Heyes Lane on Sunday, 25th June.
One fire engine attended from Wilmslow and one from Macclesfield attended the fire which was on the ground floor of a mid terrace property at 6.40pm.
Firefighters, four wearing breathing apparatus, used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire which was in the kitchen.
The occupiers of the property were not in at the time of the incident and the fire is believed to have been started accidentally.
Fire service personnel were in attendance at the property for over three hours.
