Restaurant and ‘foodie’ fans can now learn how to cook delicious recipes created by their favourite Cheshire chefs, as a new weekly programme on The Cheshire Channel goes behind the scenes of some of the very best hotels and restaurants within the county.
 
The Cheshire Channel’s weekly recipe slot currently features The Alderley Restaurant and Bar Head chef, Chris Holland who demonstrates his delicious Sous Vide Salmon and Scallops, with further recipes being added over the coming weeks.
 
Weekly Recipes on The Cheshire Channel encompasses all that is special about such a wonderful foodie county. All of the restaurants featured within the channel share the same values and use only the finest quality ingredients that are always sourced locally where possible.
