Located in approximately 12.25 acres on Merrymans Lane in Great Warford, the property, which is described as one of the most prestigious houses in Cheshire, was the second most viewed in 2016 according to property website Rightmove.

Topping the list of most viewed properties in 2016 is a 7 bedroom terraced house located in Eaton Square, Belgravia which is on the market for £55 million and in third place is Thorne Island - an island and fortress located off the Pembrokeshire coast with a guide price £550,000. The fort on Thorne Island was constructed of local stone between 1852 and 1854 and has been uninhabited for a considerable time.
The fourth most viewed is a three bed house in Bracknell, which was used in a Harry Potter film and 5th on the list is an 8 bedroom detached house for sale in Windlesham, Surrey, with a guide price of £17,950,000.
