Police are warning residents to make sure you lock up your vehicles at night after three incidents of items being stolen from insecure vehicles in one night.
On Wednesday, 7th December, items were taken from vehicles which were left unlocked on Mottram Road, Trafford Road and Moss Lane.
PCSO Sarah Stanley said "Lock up your vehicle every time you leave it, even if you are just nipping in the house and it's on your drive. Thieves look for the easiest opportunities and if it's unlocked they are in luck!"
If you see any suspicious activity report it to police on 101. Alternatively information can be reported anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
