Shortly after 8am on Sunday, 19th June, police received reports of a car, which appeared to have been abandoned in the woods near Bradford Lane, Nether Alderley.
Officers attended the scene and discovered there was no-one inside the vehicle and it was locked.
Officers subsequently traced the owner to check on their welfare. No injuries were reported and no issues have been identified.
