Daisy came to us in 2012 from a family who no longer wanted her.

I was sure I could find her a loving home and I did... ours.

Despite her alleged 'running away' I couldn't go anywhere without Daisy following. Mrs B and I adored her.

The rest of the Pack accepted her from day one. At night she slept between Murphy and Tally in my office just as comfy and cosy as dog can be.

We all loved her gentle nature, as did every client who 'borrowed' her during training classes. For many Daisy offered a brief period of serenity from the tribulations of life.

Uncharacteristically Daisy refused her food this morning and could not summon even the energy to go into the garden. This afternoon I took her to the vet. After an examination and scan he took blood from her distended stomach and told me she had massive internal bleeding and would probably not make it through the night.

At 5pm I held her in my arms and kissed goodbye to the gentlest, kindest dog I ever had the fortune to know.

For the past four years she graced our home and we feel privileged to have been part of her life.

Our grief is a small price to pay for the joy she brought us.

Rest in Peace darling girl.

May all dogs who bring such love and joy, when the inevitable time comes rest in peace and live in our memories for ever.
Much sympathy for your loss Vic and Mrs B.

Hi Sue
It came as a complete shock. Daisy appeared fine right up to the day I took her to the vet.
I didn't expect to come home without her.

We had four wonderful years with her and are extremely grateful she found us.
Thank you so much for your concern
