Green light to convert part of surgery into a house

Plans to turn part of the current Alderley Edge Medical Practice into a three bedroom home have been approved.

Permission has been granted to change the use of the four storey property at 18 George Street from a doctors surgery to a private residential dwelling.

Work is now well underway to build a new Medical Centre at the front of the Festival Hall an the doctors are scheduled to move into the new premises in March.
