The Dogfather: Training DVDs

New Year In the snow 2010 020

A lady owner being dragged along the footpath I was walking today shook her head in exasperation and yelled: "I wish my dog was like yours."

"It can be... it's only training," I replied.

"I don't have time to come to class", she shouted as her dog picked up the pace.

I pondered on this all morning. Why should lack of education blight the lives of her and her dog. Unhappy owner... unhappy dog.

I decided if she cannot come to my class then my class will go to her courtesy of my training DVD collection. She can watch these training DVD's as little or as often as she chooses and follow the instructions in small progressive steps.

Being dragged around the park for an hour cannot be any fun for either owner or dog. Far better to train for half an hour twice a day. When she replaces a wild struggle around the park by short training sessions she will be able to measure the improvement.

In a month she will see a real difference. Under her current regime the only difference is likely to be a deterioration.

Whether the problem is basic puppy training, pulling on the lead, refusing to come when called or general leadership issues you will find the appropriate DVD on my website.

No one will get bored watching these. It's very simple instruction demonstrated with real dogs in real outdoor situations.

I promise I didn't know any of the problem dogs featured before we did the filming so what you see genuine training.

You can buy them individually for £20 or the full set for £60. If you have a friend or relative struggling with their dog this may be the best Christmas gift ever.

There is a short clip you can view on the website so you know what you are getting.
