Halloween bashes go down a treat

Following the huge success of their inaugural Halloween Party last year, Aldeli hosted two spooktacular bashes at the weekend.

On Friday, 30th October, the deli was packed with little witches, skeletons, zombies, cats, pumpkins, ghosts and vampires who all had a ball.

They enjoying spooky games, including dress the mummy and a gory body part lucky dip, as well as apple bobbing, mask making, a fancy dress competition, face-painting and best dancing competitions.

The following evening the bigger horrors gathered when once again Aldeli was transformed into a cavern of horrors.

Ilana Higham said "We hosted two parties this year due to the popularity of last years and it's a good job we did as we had over 90 children coming this year!

"Everyone had a great time and went on to do some trick or treating round the village. Hopefully the children weren't sugared up for the local residents!"
